About Us

We are a married couple with two sons who are grown with families of their own. We enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren. After a family vacation to Disney World we were convinced that this would be the place to own a vacation home. We now enjoy the home ourselves along with our growing family. It's our goal to make the home as family friendly for others as we like it to be for ourselves. We are life long residents of Michigan. My husband is an MSU Spartan and I'm a WMU Bronco!

Rental Rates

Rates range from $100 to $130/night depending on the time of year, plus $13.5% Florida tax. We require a four day minimum stay. Stays less than seven days pay a $90 cleaning fee. Pool heat is an additional charge and is recommended from October through April.

We do occasionally offer special rates. Please contact us for additional information.
